Anti-fouling Coating creates a protein repelling layer when applied to a surface. The coating layer binds to many substrates and allows a permanent adhesion barrier to proteins, DNA/RNA, bacteria and cells. Many applications are served like diagnostics, molecular biology, cell biology, immune assays, devices.

Anti-microbial Coating can be applied on polymer and metal surfaces. When applied the coating creates a non-eluting charged surface that attracts and kills bacteria from surrounding contact tissue or media. The coating is stable and provides functionality for a prolonged period of time.

LVD Biotech has proprietary polymer technologies and polymer encapsulation technologies (TransferTech) allowing the design of new generations Drug-Eluting Balloons and Stents.

Our medical tubing capabilities range from multi-lumen to braided tubing. They are produced in ISO-8 cleanroom with highly precise micro extrusion and braiding technologies for industries focused on the production of medical devices.

We develop, scale-up and manufacture stents based on our customer’s proprietary designs. Both CoCr and Nitinol stents are produced in our facilities with cutting-edge technology such as electropolishing and other post-treatments capabilities.
